A special meeting of the University of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25. The meeting will be teleconferenced with some members in room 303 of the Administration and Conference Center on the St. Thomas Campus.
The meeting will begin with a motion to approve the minutes from the March 7, May 4 and June 6, regular session Board meetings. An executive session will follow. The Board will return to regular session and report actions taken in executive session. Then the Board will move to other business before being adjourned.

The Board of Trustees last met on June 6, on St. Thomas.
