The Office of the Registrar is responsible for creating, maintaining, securing and issuing the academic records of current and past students of the University, from initial enrollment to graduation and beyond.
The Office supports the overall mission of Access and Enrollment Services, and the University, to facilitate the success of our students and enhance the lives of the people of the United States Virgin Islands and the wider Caribbean. Guided by the applicable federal and local regulations, we are committed to carrying out our functions in a professional, confidential and secure environment with the highest levels of integrity, by:
- Providing high-quality customer service to our internal and external customers, including students, alumni, faculty, staff and the general public.
- Supplying relevant, accurate and timely information and services.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Access and Enrollment Services (ACES) offices remain open and are available for electronic/telephone/virtual service.
In order for us to remain compliant with the best practices of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Health Authorities, Department of Health, and UVI issued guidance, Access and Enrollment Services (ACES) will be closed to “walk-in” customers effective at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 20.
We will continue to monitor evolving guidance and updates for the availability of in-person services.This precaution is taken to protect our overall community, the citizens of the US Virgin Islands, as well as our employees from the ongoing community spread of COVID-19.
We are open to assist you with any day-to-day enrollment processing needs, and we welcome the opportunity to serve you. The UVI Campus directory is available on www.uvi.edu and our own office points of contact for electronic or telephone services are provided below for your ease.

If there is a special circumstance where a face-to-face meeting is essential, we will work with you to identify an appropriate employee so that arrangements can be made to assist you. There will be limited staff in our office on any given day but all services remain available electronically.
