“The Caribbean Writer,” an international, literary anthology published annually by the University of the Virgin Islands is soliciting colorful, eye-catching, Caribbean artwork for the cover of “First the Kata, then the Bundle,” a collection of Virgin Islands writings from Volumes 16 to 30 of “The Caribbean Writer”. This collection will be a center-piece of The Caribbean Writer’s 30th anniversary celebration.
Artists who want their artwork to be considered for use should submit electronic files in vertical format as TIF or JPEG files, with a resolution of 300 dpi or greater.
Black and white art, including line drawings, sketches, block prints, is also needed for use inside the 300-page publication. Vertical format is also preferred for these submissions, in TIF or JPEG format, with resolution of 300 dpi or greater.
