Certified Public Manager Program in Ghana
Launching in August 2019, the Virgin Islands Certified Public Managers (VI-CPM™) Program at the University of Professional Studies, ACCRA (UPSA) is a collaborative effort between the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI), Division of personnel (DOP), Republic of Ghana and Gamey and Gamey. This program, managed and delivered by the UVI and UPSA, is a nationally accredited, academic and professional development initiative and is produced in partnership with the Government of the US Virgin Islands and Republic of Ghana.
VI-CPM in Ghana classes are held in Ghana at UPSA over a 13-month period. Program participants attend classes for three (5) consecutive days monthly from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Program Fee
The fees for the VI-CPM in Ghana program are tiered based on the organization's status as a government/non-profit or private sector agency.

Government & Non-Profit: $4,595
- Local Government: The Program Fee will be covered in full for 2019-2020 VI CPM in Ghana Colleague Group participants who are employed full-time with the Republic of Ghana and apply for the current VI CPM in Ghana Program under their official position with the Republic of Ghana, on the condition that these participants sign the applicable Repbulic of Ghana Continued Service Agreement (CSA). After the selection process has been completed, the CSA form will be provided to the Republic of Ghana applicants chosen for the Program.
