The University of the Virgin Islands will celebrate UVI Pride by reflecting on the impact UVI has had on our alumni and the Territory. UVI students, employees and alumni are encouraged to wear UVI paraphernalia, participate in UVI Pride activities, and wear UVI colors (blue and white).
UVI Pride celebrations will kick off on April 13, with UVI Carnival Village. A Pride parade will be held at 1 p.m. from the Airport Fire Station to the Sports and Fitness Center. See this link to the UVI Carnival News Release: Community Invited to UVI Carnival Village: Anniversary & Centennial Celebration
On April 19 and 20, UVI Pride rallies will take place at the four public high schools in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The UVI Pride Committee has planned fun and festive activities. For more information about UVI Pride activities, contact the UVI Pride Committee Chair Dr. Kevin Williams, Vice Provost of Access and Enrollment Services.

“We are especially proud of our alumni and their stellar achievements in so many areas of professional life. This day is just a small way to let them know we are proud of them, and for our alumni to demonstrate that they are proud of their alma mater.” - President David Hall |
