The purpose of this course is for participants to gain an understanding of how the communication tools used by mediators and negotiators can be used to guide conversations. Learn how to have more satisfying and effective conversations.

PULSE 5-Day MEDIATION COURSE

This course is ideal for persons who desire to become a Mediator or professionals who wish to become more proficient and confident in facilitating conflict in the workplace, home, and the community.Through a combination of role plays, demonstrations, large group discussions, and activities, this highly interactive training will take participants through the entire mediation process.

PULSE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER COURSE (by invitation only)

This course is designed for Professionals with prior mediation training and experience. Participate in additional role-play while working closely with expert mediators. Examine more closely the significant elements of the complex PULSE tetrahedron.

The Center for the Study of Spirituality and Professionalism (CSAP) is offering an Ethics Workshop. This 6-Hour workshop will consist of topics and discussions that are relevant to current trends in today's workplace. This workshop provides employees with cross-disciplinary learning experiences integrating values and morals that are fundamental to your organization or business.

This Workshop presents a mechanism for restoring trust and confidence through this workshop on the principles of ethical moral reasoning and character-based leadership which will enhance ethical behavior in the workplace. This workshop provides a systematic approach to making ethical decisions and explores the domains of values, moral reasoning, and ethics. It will expose participants to ethical issues in the workplace and challenge them to think critically to make decisions that will enhance the welfare of the people around them. The workshop will present information on professional conduct, and codes of ethics. Participants will identify ways to increase ethical behavior, discuss and evaluate cases relating to ethical dilemmas in the workplace, recognize and resolve issues, and learn how to enhance productivity of employees while increasing on-the-job satisfaction. Each workshop includes a continental breakfast, materials, discussion on ethical issues, small group activities, and contact hours for CE Credits (by request) at a cost of $25.00.
