Linda I. Smith, ’98, ’03The Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Affairs hails from the island of St. Croix and holds a bachelor’s of arts in business administration with a concentration in management, a master’s of arts in public administration from the University of the Virgin Islands, and a certificate in fund raising management from The Center of Philanthropy at the University of Indiana. Ms. Smith oversees the philanthropic efforts of the annual giving and alumni affairs office which requires outreach to over 10,000 traditional and special alumni, alumni chapters leaders, supporters, and friends. |

Richard CleaverThe Director of Corporate, Foundation, & Government Relations serves as the matchmaker between the University and private foundations and corporate philanthropy. He works with various units and programs of the University and finds support for them from external sources (mostly on the mainland) whose purposes line up with the University’s mission and strategic goals. Mr. Cleaver encourages members of the University to dream big, then share their dreams with him. |
