International guest lecturer and best-selling author Dr. Dennis Kimbro will be the featured speaker at the University of the Virgin Islands’ second 13D Entrepreneurship Speaker Series lecture at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, in the Administration and Conference Center on the St. Thomas Campus.
