The Virgin Islands Caribbean Cultural Center (VICCC) invites the community to the 22nd Annual Eastern Caribbean Island Cultures Conference to be held from Thursday, Oct. 31, to Saturday, Nov. 2, in the Great Hall, at the Albert A. Sheen Campus, on St. Croix.
