This serves as a reminder to all UVI employees of University Policy regarding voting for the upcoming Run-off Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018.
Employees are eligible for up to two (2) hours of leave for the purpose of voting. Employees are encouraged to arrange to vote in the early morning or late afternoon so that as little time as possible is taken from the office.
Arrangements and schedule to take leave for voting must be made in advance with supervisors so that there is minimal disruption to services.
