Tuesday, April 25, is the final day for all student related activities to be scheduled. Please note that according to the 2015-2017 Academic Calendar, study day is scheduled for April 27, and no student activities are allowed to be held on this day. This day is devoted for studying, which can benefit all students in preparation for final exams. In addition, no activities can be held during final exams, which is scheduled for May 1- 6, 2017.
The Student Activities Department is highly encouraging all registered student clubs and organizations that are interested in having an activity prior to the aforementioned dates, to please submit your activity approval forms at your earliest convenience.
