The UVI Center for the Study of Spirituality and Professionalism invites the UVI community to join a two-day Course in Conflict Management from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 7-8, 2017 in the Administration and Conference Center, first-floor conference room, on the St. Thomas Campus. This course is designed to provide participants with communication tools used by mediators and negotiators to guide conversations. The course uses the PULSE Framework (People Using Language Skills Effectively) to provide the basic foundation for good communication. It is an efficient and useful way to reach a resolution.
