UVI students are asked to sign up for the University Pride Celebration 2016 Essay competition. Themed “My Best UVI Experience” students are to expound upon their journey and experiences since they matriculated at UVI. Ideally, essays will also include some reference to UVI pride. While determination of the specific subject of the essay is at the discretion of the author, essays should somehow touch upon the theme of this year's Pride celebrations. Essays will be judged by faculty and staff of the University.
Essays must be received by the director of student activities on or before March 24, and winners will be announced on March 30.
