Tickets for the UVI Theatre 25th Anniversary production of “Heaven” are on sale now at the UVI Bookstore and the Humanities Office on the St. Thomas Campus. Tickets for students are $7 and tickets for adults are $20.
The play was originally staged in 1991 at UVI Little Theater when it was directed by Dennis Parker. Wayne and Cynthia are putting everything on the line to win the prize money in a dance competition being held at a discothèque called Heaven. But two far more powerful men, Sam Drummonds and Tony Thompson, with his wife Dilys, are also in Heaven weaving their own plans for Cynthia. Deception, temptations, revelations, and pain run amok in Heaven, leaving none unscathed.

The production of “Heaven” is written and directed by David Edgecombe. The play dates on St. Thomas are from March 31 - April 3, and from April 7-9.
