Members of the UVI community and the general public are invited to join the UVI 2016 Carnival troupe to participate in the St. Thomas Carnival’s Adults Parade, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 30.
This year, the UVI Carnival Committee has selected the theme: “UVI Family and Friends present a Global Explosion That Never Ends!” Make sure to secure your costume early.
