Classes in American Sign Language will be offered by UVI's Virgin Islands University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (VIUCEDD) from Feb. 9 through April 16, on St. Thomas and St. Croix. Two levels of instruction will be offered. Beginners Level I classes are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays. Beginners Level II classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sessions on St. Thomas will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Room 114 of the Teacher Education building on UVI's St. Thomas Campus. St. Croix sessions will take place from 5:45 to 7:15 p.m. at the VIUCEDD Office, at #1 Golden Grove. The cost is $150 per course.
