The Hon. Kenneth E. Mapp, governor of the Virgin Islands, was the keynote speaker at the University of the Virgin Islands Charter Day Ceremony. Gov. Mapp addressed the UVI community on Tuesday, March 24, at 10 a.m. in the Administration and Conference Center first-floor conference room. The address was video conferenced to the Melvin Evans Center, EVC 401 on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix, and the Research and Technology Park 2nd floor classroom.
UVI’s Charter Day is March 16, however this year it was observed during UVI Pride week.
