Spring 2014 Open House sessions for prospective University of the Virgin Islands students will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 26, on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix and on Friday, Feb. 28, on the St. Thomas Campus. Both sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All persons interested in exploring the opportunities provided by an education at UVI are invited to attend. The open houses, hosted by UVI’s Access and Enrollment Services office, will provide prospective students with information on important topics such as admissions requirements and deadlines, financial aid and scholarships. The focus will be on the variety of opportunities as well as student support that the University offers its students.
Participants will have the opportunity to meet with the leaders of student groups and regular members of those groups. Academic deans and department heads will also be on hand to address questions. Tours of the wide range of educational and student support facilities will be offered on both campuses. More information is available by calling the Access and Enrollment Services offices – at (340) 692-4104 on St. Croix and at (340) 693-1165 on St. Thomas.
