Congratulations to Miss UVI Elisa Thomas who now also wears the sash designating her as Miss National Black College Alumni (NBCA). She won the NBCA Queens Competition in Atlanta and was welcomed back to the territory by a large group of fans and supporter on Sept. 29, at the Cyril King Airport on St. Thomas.
