A Jazz Benefit Concert featuring Dion Parsons and the 21st Century Band is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan 26, at UVI’s Reichhold Center for the Arts. Proceeds raised from the event will benefit the USVI Department of Education and the University of the Virgin Islands music education programs through the United Jazz Foundation's "Mentoring Through the Arts of Music" program which Parson founded.
