UVI Sets Public Observing Session at Etelman Observatory May 16

UVI’s College of Science and Mathematics and the Etelman Observatory will host a public observing session using the Virgin Islands Robotic Telescope from 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday, May. Guests will be treated to views of the planets Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn,  the Orion Nebula, and the full Moon among others. The evening will also feature a video presentation and lecture describing the history and maturation of our Universe, from the instant of the Big Bang to today.
