UVI’s Center for the Study of Spirituality and Professionalism (CSAP) will conduct a free symposium on the subject “Transcendent Education: Transforming Higher Education through Spiritual Practice” from 2 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8. The session will be available via videoconference from the first-floor conference room of the Administration and Conference Center on St. Thomas and from the UVI Great Hall on St. Croix. Leading the conference will be Dr. Lonnie Hudspeth and Dr. Alexander Randall.
The symposium is designed to provide an academic platform that allows for open dialogue between students, faculty, staff, administration and professionals in the field of spirituality and higher education.
