In a special meeting of the University of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees held on Oct. 6, the Board passed a resolution authorizing UVI President Dr. David Hall to begin the development process of the School of Medicine’s simulation center on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix and the classroom building on the St. Thomas Campus.
