UVI’s Center for the Study of Spirituality and Professionalism (CSAP) will host "Gatherings" from 10:30 a.m. to noon, on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at the Administration and Conference Center patio on the St. Thomas Campus, and on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at the Pavilion on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix. The topic for both sessions will be the Spirituality of Food, as presented by CSAP Director Dr. Wendy Coram and Extension Service Specialist Dara Cooper. This conversation will speak to the importance of food and techniques to help nurture and feed our spiritual experiences.
