Researchers from the University of the Virgin Islands are completing a “Community Needs Assessment” on behalf of the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) to:
- Hear from the community.
- Learn about the health needs and challenges facing community members after Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
- Gather information to prioritize areas for critical services and financial support and,
- Gather information that will help the community to better prepare for future disruptions.
At the Town Hall Meeting, the UVI team will pose questions and give community members an opportunity to share their experiences about their family members, neighbors, and friends.
The community is invited to come out and share their thoughts and ideas. The members of the Caribbean Exploratory Research Center (CERC) looks forward to your participation.
