The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) Physics program is delighted to invite the general public to this fun-filled Astronomy Day event from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the Ralph Paiewonsky Library on the St. Thomas Campus.
Enjoy a journey of the solar system, the galaxy, and the UVI Planetarium. Observe the sun with the Etelman Observatory solar telescopes and participate in arts and crafts activities.
There will be an opportunity to learn about the new UVI Bachelor of Science in Physics.
This event is free and all ages are welcome to attend.
