St. Croix Toastmasters and UVI Toastmasters Clubs invite you to attend the 2017 Communication and Leadership Seminar from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb.1 in the Great Hall at the UVI Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix.
The purpose of this educational seminar is to provide participants with the tools needed to think creatively, build mental flexibility, and strengthen adaptation of behavior to achieve desired results. Participants will also explore the qualities, values, and styles effective leaders display. They will also learn how to develop and utilize their leadership skills, especially when working with and leading teams. We guarantee that UVI students and faculty will leave this seminar with improved communication and leadership skills complemented with a renewed commitment to serving and leading organizations and/or institutions and most importantly the employees and/or colleagues.
Registration fees have been kept to a minimum with special rates for UVI students and faculty. The registration fee includes the seminar materials and lunch. All attendees will receive a certificate for each session they attend. Special rates for UVI faculty is $75 and students is $40.
