Transition Services for Youth with Disabilities when compared to their peers without disabilities can be difficult. One way to help ensure better outcomes for youth with disabilities is through good transition planning. The purpose of this presentation is to help parents and caregivers navigate the transition from childhood to adulthood for their children with disabilities. Where will she live? Can he work? Can she stay on my insurance? How do I obtain legal guardianship? The presenters will provide answers to these questions more during this interactive, discussion-based presentation.
