The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences’ Music Department presents “the Second Biennial Conference on Music and the Arts” at 9:45 a.m. from March 22 to March 24, from UVI’s St. Thomas Campus in the Administration and Conference Center, first-floor conference room. Students may attend the three day event free of charge. Persons interested in a daily pass may acquire a pass for $50 a day. Free recitals will be held at The Reichhold Center for the Arts.
