Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to wear purple on Wednesday, Oct. 7, as a symbol to express that ending domestic violence is important to them. Also on Wednesday, the UVI Community is invited to stand together to form the shape of a ribbon at 4 p.m. on the UVI golf course, near the Recreation Center. Approximately 30 individuals are needed. “We cannot achieve this goal without your support,” said Dahlia Stridiron, director of Counseling Services.
