Three budding UVI student entrepreneurs now have an additional $60,000 in funding with which to pursue their dream businesses following the final round of the University’s annual 13D Student Entrepreneurship Competition held April 23, on the St. Thomas Campus. Allison De Gazon took home the top prize of $30,000, second place, and a $20,000 prize, went to Patsy Breunlin, and Christopher Williams rounded out the prizewinners taking $10,000.
High school students from the territory were also on hand to receive the top three prizes for their own 13D High School Entrepreneurship Competition.
