Dr. Yegin Habtes, senior executive director for the Virgin Islands University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (VIUCEDD), will be a studio guest speaker on the Abdul Ali talk show at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013 on WSTX Radio Station. The St. Croix station airs at 970 AM. He will discuss the upcoming VIUCEDD 10th Voices That Count Conference. The conference’s keynote speaker will be Haben Girma, the first deaf-blind graduate of the Harvard Law School.
