Next CSAP 'Gathering' to Focus on "Healing T’ai Chi;" Set for Sept. 19 on St. Thomas Campus
The Center for the Study of Spirituality and Professionalism (CSAP) invites the UVI community to its September "Gathering" from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, on the patio of the Administration and Conference Center on the St. Thomas Campus. Sufi Allan Buckingham who will speak on the topic of “Healing Tai Chi.” Buckingham, a Transformational Leader, speaks and teaches about foundations for seven areas of self-healing: blood pressure, cholesterol, cancer, diabetes, joint and muscle pain, weight loss and wellbeing (stress reduction). He utilizes the basics of a healing pyramid; t’ai chi (low stress, healing exercise practiced by the Chinese for thousands of years), natural supplements and the positive law of attraction to help people manifest physical and spiritual healing.
