UVI’s Health Services Center on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix will conduct a series of Breast Cancer Awareness Week activities from today (Oct. 7) through Friday, Sept. 11. Among the activities planned were: A “Walk for the Cure” was slated for noon today (Oct. 7); “Pink Hair Day” and a Health Services Center open house from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8; “Pink Shoes Day” on Wednesday, Oct. 9; Pink Shirt or Tie Day on Thursday, Oct. 10, with a “Spike for the Cure” volleyball tournament at 9 p.m.; and a “Pink Everything Day,” with breast exams and STD testing from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 11.
