Welcome to the University of the Virgin Islands Facilities and Reservations webpage for the St. Thomas Campus. This page is designed to facilitate and expedite your room reservation request needs.  The following locations are available for rent:

  • Administration & Conference Center
    • 1st Floor Conference Room Cost - $75 per hour Non-Profit, $125.00 per hour Government, $150 per hour Other Organizations
    • 2nd Floor Conference Room
  • John Brewers Bay Beach & Restroom Facility
  • Chase Auditorium (in the School Business Building)
  • B-101 (in the School of Business Building)
  • T-101 (in the School of Education Building)
  • T-103 (in the School of Education Building)
  • T-213 (in the School of Education Building)

Effective IMMEDIATELY and until further notice the University has implemented a COVID-19 mandate for facilities rentals. All participants attending events at the University MUST be fully vaccinated. Please refer to facilities reservation form.

Facility Rental Forms

Facility rental forms can be printed and filled out or the forms can be filled out on your computer. Completed forms should be emailed to roomrequeststt@live.uvi.edu or faxed to 340.693.1175.


Most of our facilities are available from 8 am to 8 pm weekdays and weekends based on availability.

UVI faculty and staff wishing to reserve the ACC 1st or 2nd floor conference rooms should email their request(s) to roomrequeststt@live.uvi.edu.. Request made by extenal groups MUST be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the event. All remaining room requests must be completed online via the myCampus portal. Simply click on the EMS icon located in the launchpad section. Enter your network credentials and enter and submit your reservation request. Confirmation is based on availability and capacity.
