To qualify for a bachelor of arts degree in accounting, students must successfully complete between128 - 135 credits (exclusive of physical education) including the general education requirements, the required courses in the major field, and such additional courses as they may select with the assistance of their faculty advisors to meet the requirements of the major. Students in the School of Business pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting are required to earn a minimum grade of “C” in all required courses in Business Administration and accounting electives. All requirements for the degree can be completed on either campus.
A. Required courses in Business Administration:*Under exceptional circumstances and on approval by the Dean, student work experience may qualify for waiver and such credits made up by an elective course. Written applications for waiver, along with supporting documents, must be made a semester in advance.
