Minor in Fine Arts
Students can earn a minor in fine arts by selecting 18 to 24 credits from the courses listed below – where 25% of the credits must be from upper level classes (300 or 400 level) and courses must come from two of the following discipline areas: music, visual arts, creative writing, theater, and communication.

It is required that you choose two areas of the fine arts for specialization. In addition to the HUM 115 prerequisite, students must complete (with a grade of C or higher) 18 to 24 credits from Music, Art, Theatre, Communication or English Creative Writing, with 25% of the classes being at the 300 or 400 level and selected from any two Fine Arts areas. All requirements for the minor can be completed on either campus.
